Use the below form to request a intervention hearing.

Before requesting an intervention, all counsel in the case must meet and confer with each other regarding possible resolution. Only after meeting and conferring, if counsel reach an impasse, then an intervention may be requested. Each counsel must be prepared to specify all areas of agreement and disagreement.

Please include all the defendant's case numbers associated with this request.

If your request is received before 5:00 p.m., intervention will be scheduled at 4:00 p.m. two court days after the request is received. If you are unready to proceed or fail to appear, intervention will not be rescheduled.
