Divorce, Nullity and Legal Separation
Divorce involves three steps which you are required to complete before your divorce is finalized. The Court is passive in this process and will not complete your divorce without your participation. Your divorce is not complete until you receive a Judgement signed by a judge. Contact the clerks office or Self-Help Center if you are unsure if your divorce is complete.
