The Self Help Center provides assistance in civil matters according to the following schedule:
Small Claims

This workshop is for those who need assistance with small claims procedures and with small claims paperwork. The workshop is also for those who already have a small claims judgment and are seeking to enforce it.

Unlawful Detainer

This workshop is for those who need assistance with unlawful detainer procedures and unlawful detainer paperwork.

Restraining Orders

This workshop is for those who need assistance with the restraining order request paperwork.

Guardianships

This workshop is for those who need assistance with guardianship paperwork to ask the court for Guardianship of the Person of a minor child.

Name Changes, Judgment Enforcements, Adult Expungements and Emancipations
